A booking page that's entirely yours.
Your clients book on your own page, with your name and your branding, at yourbusiness.justbookapp.com. You pay one flat monthly price, and we never take a cut of your bookings.
You can set everything up yourself and go live today. If you'd like help, we're one message away.
You already know the problem.
We hear the same three things from a barber, a physio, a tattoo artist and a personal trainer. Different trades, one bad week.
A client books, never shows up, and the slot sits empty for an hour.
It's 11pm and you're still answering booking DMs.
The app you pay to take bookings is advertising the place down the street.
It starts with a page that's actually yours.
Not a profile on someone else's app. It's a page with your name, your colors, and your services, and it only takes bookings for you.
- Matches your branding, right down to the colors
- You decide how clients book: the service, the person, the time
- Your words, not ours. Call them stylists, therapists, coaches or trainers
- Your clients never see ads for anyone else
Your name on the door. And on the URL.
Tap a color. Every business gets to pick its own look.
When there's a deposit down, people show up.
You set the deposit and the refund rules. Full refund with enough notice, less as it gets closer, none for a no-show.
Then the money starts staying where it belongs.
Clients pay a deposit when they book, so skipping an appointment actually costs them something. You decide how much they get back if they cancel late. And every payment goes straight to your own account, because we never touch your money.
* Fresha's published marketplace new-client fee: 20% of the booking, minimum $6. Others vary.
How deposits & refunds workNew clients don't keep you booked. Returning ones do.
So give them a reason to come back.
Clients earn points every time they visit. You can sell packages up front, like ten sessions for the price of eight, and sell gift cards that bring in someone who has never been to you. And the day before every appointment, everyone gets a reminder that comes from you.
- Points that turn into real rewards, like a free session at 100 points
- Sell packages and gift cards, online or at the desk
- Your own discount codes for a quiet week
- Reminders by text, WhatsApp, or email
Pay for 8. Get 10.
Clients can use their points and packages right when they book online. Nothing gets lost or counted twice.
A walk-in shows up? Added in seconds.
Your calendar, your team, and all your locations, right there on your phone.
And run the whole thing from your phone.
Check the day's bookings between clients, add a walk-in on the spot, and keep an eye on every location, without going near a computer.
- A calendar that updates the moment something changes
- Your team sees their own appointments, the front desk sees everything
- Each location keeps its own services, hours, and prices
- Reports on your bookings, revenue, and busiest times
- See who visited your booking page and where they stopped

One tenant, one business, is the default above. If you're an independent professional renting space, or a venue with independent professionals renting from you, here's the version built for that.

Questions every owner asks
What kind of business is this for?
Any business that books people in by appointment. Salons, barbershops and spas, yes, but also clinics, tattoo studios, personal trainers, tutors, photographers, detailers and consultants. If your day is a calendar of appointments, JustBook fits. You name your own services, your own team, and even what you call them.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. You pay a flat monthly subscription, and that’s it. Payments go directly to your own Stripe account, and only Stripe’s standard card processing fee applies.
Is “Start free” a sales call?
No. It takes you straight to the signup page, and you can be live the same day. Nobody will call you. But if you ever want to talk to a person, we’re one message away.
Do I need Stripe?
Only if you want to take deposits or online payments. Booking works fine without them: clients simply pay in person, and loyalty points get used at the front desk instead of online.
Can clients still book by phone or walk in?
Of course. Phone bookings and walk-ins work exactly like online ones. The booking page adds to how you already work, it doesn’t replace anything.
What if I have more than one location?
That’s built in. Each location gets its own services, hours, and team, all managed under one account.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It’s your data, and you can take it with you. Your payments were always in your own Stripe account to begin with.
Your next client is trying to book right now.
Give them a page worth booking on, and keep every cent of it.
You can be live today. And if you ever need us, we're one message away.
