Inventory & retail products

Know what's on your shelf without counting it.

Track the products you use on people and the ones you sell them, per location, and sell a product at checkout in the same tap as the service.

Backbar and retail stock, tracked as you go

Backbar and retail, tracked apart

It knows the difference between the color you sell and the color you use in the chair, so a used-up bottle and a sold one both land in the right count.

Sell at checkout

Add a product to an appointment in the same tap you already use to check someone out. No separate register, no separate app.

A low-stock list, grouped by supplier

Get told when something is running low, grouped by who you buy it from, so reordering is one glance instead of a shelf count.

Every count is a ledger

Every adjustment is logged, so "why is this 3 and not 5" always has an answer, not a shrug.

Per-location stock

Each of your locations keeps its own counts, the same way it keeps its own menu and hours.

Questions

Can I place purchase orders or manage suppliers in JustBook?

Not yet. The low-stock list groups products by supplier so reordering is quick, but it’s a list, not an order you send. You still order the way you already do.

Does this do barcode scanning or stocktakes?

No. Stock updates as you sell and log use. If you want a full physical stocktake or a barcode scanner, this isn’t that tool yet.

Can clients buy products on my public booking page?

Not yet. Selling a product happens at checkout, on your side of the counter.

Is this only for hair and beauty?

No. Any business that uses stock on a client and sells some of it retail, a spa, a barbershop, a grooming studio, a clinic selling skincare, benefits the same way.

Make it yours.

You can set it up yourself in an afternoon. And if you want help, just ask.
