Is there really no commission?
Really. You pay the monthly price and nothing else, no matter how many bookings you take.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades kick in right away. Downgrades take effect when your next billing month starts.
Is this only for salons?
No. JustBook runs clinics, tattoo studios, gyms, tutors, photographers, detailers and consultants just as happily as it runs salons and barbershops. Anything on your booking page can be renamed to your own words, so it reads like your trade rather than ours.
What happens if I run out of text messages?
Nothing breaks and no surprise bill arrives. Your allowance sits on your billing page, and if you want more you buy credits that never expire. Email is never metered.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, and the clock starts when you publish your booking page, not when you sign up. Setting up is free and takes as long as you need, so it never eats into your trial. No card is needed until you go live.
What does plan size mean?
It sets how many locations you can have, and how many people can take appointments. Only the people who are actually booked count. Owners, receptionists and anyone else who just needs a login are always free. Start with the size you are now, and move up whenever you grow.
