Payments & deposits

Get paid up front. Keep all of it.

Ask for a deposit when clients book, and watch the no-shows disappear. Every payment goes straight to your own account, and we never take a cut.

Deposits when they book

When skipping an appointment costs money, people stop skipping. The clients who book are the ones who show up.

0% commission

You pay one flat monthly price and nothing per booking. Marketplaces take a slice of every new client. We don’t.

Your money, directly

Payments go straight into your own Stripe account, not through us, and clients can add a tip on top. The money is yours the moment it arrives.

Your refund rules

You decide what happens when someone cancels: a full refund with plenty of notice, less as the appointment gets closer.

Send proper invoices

Send a clean, branded invoice for any appointment, with tax worked out for each location. Your clients get a real record, and your books stay tidy.

Online payments optional

Prefer to take payment in person? The whole booking system works without online payments too.

Questions

Does JustBook really take 0%?

Yes. Nothing from any booking goes to JustBook. Stripe, the payment company, charges its standard card fee, and that’s the only cost per payment.

What happens when a client cancels?

Whatever you decide. You set the rules: how much of the deposit comes back with a day’s notice, with an hour’s notice, or for a no-show.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Only if you want deposits or online payments. Setting one up is part of the guided setup, and it takes a few minutes.

Can I send invoices?

Yes. Send a clean, branded invoice for any appointment, with tax worked out for each location.

Make it yours.

You can set it up yourself in an afternoon. And if you want help, just ask.
